Learning Program Associate
Support the design, delivery, and evaluation of Alpha Arts learning experiences. You will coordinate mentorship classes, student research cohorts, and internship onboarding while working closely with educators and partner institutions.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate schedules, materials, and communications for mentorship classes and research cohorts.
- Support student onboarding for internships, co-op placements, and research programs.
- Track program outcomes and assist with reporting to partner institutions and funders.
- Liaise with instructors, mentors, and cultural centre contacts to ensure smooth program delivery.
- Contribute to curriculum improvements based on student and partner feedback.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in arts education, arts administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in program coordination, education, or community arts.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Passion for arts education and youth development.
