Learning Program Associate

Support the design, delivery, and evaluation of Alpha Arts learning experiences. You will coordinate mentorship classes, student research cohorts, and internship onboarding while working closely with educators and partner institutions.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate schedules, materials, and communications for mentorship classes and research cohorts.
  • Support student onboarding for internships, co-op placements, and research programs.
  • Track program outcomes and assist with reporting to partner institutions and funders.
  • Liaise with instructors, mentors, and cultural centre contacts to ensure smooth program delivery.
  • Contribute to curriculum improvements based on student and partner feedback.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in arts education, arts administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in program coordination, education, or community arts.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Passion for arts education and youth development.
Development

Partnership Manager

Build and steward relationships with universities, cultural centres, galleries, and corporate sponsors. You will identify new partnership opportunities, negotiate agreements, and ensure partners receive meaningful value from collaborating with Alpha Arts.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and onboard new institutional and corporate partners.
  • Manage relationships with University of Toronto, OCAD, Sheridan, The Power Plant, and other key partners.
  • Negotiate sponsorship, in-kind, and co-programming agreements.
  • Collaborate with the Programs team to align partnerships with student opportunities.
  • Represent Alpha Arts at events, conferences, and external meetings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business development, arts administration, communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in partnerships, sponsorships, or institutional development.
  • Proven track record of closing and managing multi-stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and networking skills.
  • Deep understanding of global arts and education ecosystems.
Development

Partnership Outreach Associate

Expand Alpha Arts' network in Hong Kong by building relationships with secondary schools, universities, and cultural institutions. You will help local students access arts education, internship, and research opportunities while deepening our understanding of Hong Kong's higher education landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage secondary schools, universities, and cultural partners in Hong Kong.
  • Build relationships with educators, guidance counsellors, and admissions professionals.
  • Understand and track Hong Kong higher education schemes (JUPAS, non-JUPAS, international qualifications, and local pathway programs).
  • Coordinate outreach events, info sessions, and partnership meetings in Hong Kong.
  • Support local students and families navigating arts and humanities pathways in North America, the UK, and Australia.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above; familiarity with Hong Kong's education system is essential.
  • 1–3 years of experience in education outreach, admissions, partnerships, or client-facing roles.
  • Fluent in Cantonese and English; Mandarin is a plus.
  • Strong relationship-building and cross-cultural communication skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a hybrid Hong Kong-based environment.
